As we face more challenges in a fast-paced world, giving yourself time to breathe and cultivate spaciousness is an essential strategy.


"What is spaciousness?" you may ask.


Spaciousness is creating space between activities to listen inwards and hear what is important to you as a dynamic, healthy and passionate person. Spaciousness is giving yourself the space to stop and focus on your thoughts, actions and interactions in this world, right now and just as you are. It is a form of self-care.


Self-care involves taking responsibility for what you put into your body and keeping your physical body healthy. Self-care builds resilience, a can-do spirit and compassion. If you can find compassion for yourself by dropping negative self-talk, being less judgmental, and more of a positive self-coach, those feelings of compassion will be more readily available for you to offer to others too... It's right there in your back pocket and ready to give away because it's familiar to you.
